Instant Points Transfer redemptions for GrabRewards Points are only available in incremental blocks of 440 Points or 165 Miles.
Go to your GrabRewards account on the Grab mobile app and tap on the Citi banner under GrabRewards Points Exchange.
Tap on "Link Citi Credit Card" to start the linkage.
Enter the last 4 digit of your Citi Credit Card number and your full mobile number registered with Citi. Citi will send you an OTP for verification and a one-time linkage. Once completed, your card will be linked and you can start making Points Transfers.
Tap on your linked Citi Credit Card to start the Points Transfer.
Slide to the amount of Points or Miles you wish to transfer to GrabRewards Points and tap on "Convert Now".
Upon confirmation of successful redemption, GrabRewards Points will be instantly credited to your GrabRewards account#.
